The ship officer responsible for guest accounts, onboard money matters, and service inquiries.

The purser is the "front desk manager" of the ship. They oversee all guest billing, transaction processing, and service desk issues. If a guest has a credit card billing error or a lost cruise card, they go to the purser’s desk.
