A pneumatic button assembly used to safely activate an under-sink garbage disposal unit using air pressure.

Traditional wall switches carry electric shock risks if operated with wet hands at the sink edge. An air switch routes a flexible plastic tube from a decorative countertop button down to a sealed pressure switch in the cabinet, keeping high-voltage links completely isolated from moisture.
