Shower Diverter Valve
Category: infrastructure
A plumbing valve mechanism that redirects the main pressurized water flow between different outlets.
A diverter valve allows a single mixing valve to run multiple shower accessories. It can be configured as a simple pull-up knob on a tub spout, a dedicated 3-way wall handle, or digital solenoid switches that route water from the primary wall showerhead down to a hand-held spray wand.
Common Examples
- We installed a discrete three-port diverter valve to switch between the stationary overhead rain head and the flexible slide-bar wand.
- A high-performance ceramic disc diverter valve ensures smooth, leak-free performance under multi-atmosphere backpressure limits.
